Let's dance
Dancing is certainly one of the most enjoyable form of exercising. But, what many people don't know is that it also has a large number of health benefits.  Depending on the form of the dance, you can actually burn a large amount of calories.

Research has shown that a 150-pound adult can actually burn approximately 150 calories doing only 30 minutes of social dancing. The best part is you're not even thinking about losing the weight while doing it, it's just fun.

What is Salsa?
Salsa is a syncretic dance form with origins from the Cuban Son and Afro-Cuban dance which is normally a partner dance. However there are forms such as a line dancing where the dancers dance individually and a round dance form "Rueda de Casino" where multiple couples exchange partners in a circle. Salsa can be improvised or performed with a set routine.
